missing resources

i just purchase a mac book pro, and i have logos already installed on my pc, however when downloading on my mac i notice that i am missing resource that i had on my pc. what should i do to get the other resources to download

i really dont know, all i can tell you is that on my pc, i have around 1700 books, and on my mac its around 1600

Hi Tommy

It may be that it is still downloading, or that there is a problem with the download process.

Something similar was recently discussed at http://community.logos.com/forums/t/32389.aspx

You might like to try some of the things there:

Check whether you have a download icon showing
Check Internet settings and whether you have set scheduled times for downloads
Trying the "Update Now" command
Upload logs

One option is copying Resources folder on PC to your Mac (e.g. external drive), then use scan command on Mac to scan PC resources so Logos can copy "missing" resources to your Mac Resources folder along with updating database files, essentially simplified version of Copy Logos 4 Resources to Mac OS X (Supported – saves resource downloading). After using scan command, need to restart Logos 4 Mac.
