4.2a Service Release 5 (v4.21.5.0959) for William Shakespeare TYPE
4.2a Service Release 5 (v4.21.5.0959) was just released with a special "patch" to add "TYPE related to upcoming "Shakespere" resource
I am assuming that Beta testers should NOT be downloading this release.
BUT, will we on Beta be given a "patch" so that we can also properly access the "Shakespeare" resource?

The updated data type will be in 4.3 Beta 3.
(I haven't tested, but the new Shakespeare resource would probably just fail to open under 4.3 Beta 2.)

Since Shakespeare is slated to ship Tomorrow (4/21/2011) than am I to assume B3 should be in the pipe?

Well, they can always slip Shakespeare if B3 isn't ready to go by tomorrow, and that's kind of what I'm expecting at this point, cynic that I am. However we can always hope and pray that I'm wrong.
EDIT: And they've known that Shakespeare was going to be coming someday for months, so I wonder why they waited this long to add the data type for it? That puts the ship date of the resource at risk, if the underlying engine release isn't ready to go.
