camp logos live - alumni discount

Today, about 2 days AFTER I received an email from CS saying that my card had been debited for Camp Logos Live, I receive an email from MPSeminars telling me there's an alumni discount. Has anyone else had this problem? I've written to CS to ask if they will give me a refund to bring the price down to the discounted price on offer, and hope that they will be their usual helpful selves.

I was going to order the Camp Logos Live from Logos and then I got the email from MPSeminars telling me to wait until after the 18th (I think that was the date) and I would be able to get an alumni discount...I'm still waiting to hear further from MPSeminars, but like Thomas said, CS should be able to help you out in a short time. I ordered the Training Manuals from Logos last week...Great stuff, can't wait until I hear from MPSeminars to get the DVD's.

I've already received a reply from CS that they will refund the extra money - how's that for instant service with a smile? And on Good Friday too!

I just called CS and was told I would be refunded the difference, that it will take 10 days to process.
