Book availability on Iphone/Ipad
Wondering if every book that is allowed by the publisher to be made available to Ipad is then made available. Or does the squeaky wheel get the oil? Wondering if there is a backlog of books that might someday be made available or if everyone that is in packages or has been published is automatically within a reasonable time made available? If so then there is no reason to make requests, but if so there are some I would like to read on Ipad. (Words of Light & Life for example) Judging by the percentage of my library available on Ipad, I would guess that all of the ones coming from the base package that can be made available, are available, so I guess then my question concerns books that may have not sold a large number of copies.

Historically there has certainly been a queue of iPhone files where permission has been received, but they've not yet been made available. But I don't know the status of that queue today. I would hope that with the arrival of 1.7.1, iPhone resources would be quicker. Previously, they had to be converted to a web-friendly version, but now the app can use the same .logos4 files that your desktop uses. That ought to cut the delay. That said, I haven't seen a large number of resources come available since 1.7.1 was released.
