All my notes are in triplicate

I opened my general bible notes file today and see that ALL my notes in that file are now in triplicate!! I have a LOT of notes, and deleting 2/3 of them manually will be a real pain. I have no idea how or when this happened. Hopefully there is a auto fix solution out there. Any help would be appreciated.

While we're not exactly sure about all the reasons this happens, one contributing factor seems to be having more than one instance of L4 open at the same time, and/or not exiting L4 on one device while opening it in another. For example, if you have L4 open on your office desktop when you go home and then open L4 on your laptop, you may see this kind of behavior. It also seems to happen when you have L4 open on a laptop and "sleep" or "hibernate" the laptop without closing the program, and then opening it on another device. One other possibility is forcing L4 to shut down before L4 finishes syncing (I suppose a crash could do the same thing).
