Apparently I have 2 user names associated with my account, but only one has full access. How can I associate the 2nd name with the first? They are both associated with same email.

As I understand it Logos is designed to only work with one user ID for licensing protection issues. Customer service can merge both accounts to one user ID but then that will be the only one you can use. This will require a call to Customer Service on Monday unless a Logos employee sees your post and can handle it for you directly.
