latest update not installing

I am trying to install the latest Logos 4 update on my laptop. It installed fine on my desktop PC. The Icon  in the Icon in the system tray says "Logos Bible software is Preparing your  Library ( stage 1 of 3); however it never gets past that point. Then then I get an error that the indexer closed and here is the event coding for win7. I hope one of you may know what to do.

Wiki Windows Troubleshooting page has Logos 4 (or the Logos 4 indexer) crashes section.  Wonder if Logos4Indexer.log and Logos4IndexerCrash.txt file(s) exist, if so, please compress, reply to this post, and upload.
