BUG: Date and time

I don't know if this issue starts with 1.7.1.

I live in Sweden and we have Central European Time CET (GMT +1). When I open any of the Devotionals then the app picks Bellingham time. If opening Devotionals before 09.00 AM I get yesterdays devotionals and if I open it later than 09.00 AM i get todays devotionals.

But my bible reading plans behave differently. The reading plans change the marked as read from today to yesterday at midnight.

This is still an issue in 1.7.2
