Leaving my Logos program (L4) to someone

I am in the fourth quarter of my life and at the best have only a few years left here on this earth. I have a lot of money invested in my Logos program (platinum and several add-ons) and wondering is there is a way to "Will" this valuable software to my Pastor?
Thanks for the answers

Yes, you can specify in your will whom you want your Logos licenses transferred to. Typically there's a 20 admin fee for such a transfer that could be payed by the estate but I suspect Logos might waive it in such a circumstance.
This question has come up before, I'll see if I can find the link.
There was even a blog post on it in the past http://blog.logos.com/2005/12/heirloom_books/

It's possible, you could transfer the license to an email address your pastor owns and as long as you knew the password associated with that email you could use Logos. However, there's a big but coming. The Logos EULA specifies the program is for one user only; I haven't read it with your question in mind. That is, would Logos mind having the software registered to your pastor and you are the only one using it until you pass on and then he starts using it? I don't know for sure. This sounds like question to direct to Customer Service; I don't think it has come up on the forum before.
