Suggestions on pricing matter

I purchased Tyndale and ISP bundle in last sale.  I asked for discount also on ISBE.  The sales rep told me he could not discount and ISBE was to go in price from 130 to 150 shortly.  On that advise I purchased at 130.  One week later it is at 99.

I sent email but have had no reply in a week.  It is not about the $30, it just seems to be poor business practice to treat customers like this, and I am not sure what to do if anything.  I would appreciate suggestions, even those that would say just let it go.

Logos has a 30 days money back guarantee, so you can 'return' your copy, and then 'buy it back' again for the cheaper price. Sales or Customer Service should be able to arrange this for you.

Call Customer Support. Logos has a 30 day cash back guarantee, so they should be able to find a way to make this right. If not you can email Dan Prichett and ask his help. dan@logos.com

If it was within a month ago that you bought it at $130, they will definitely refund the difference. If it was more than that, they might not, but it is still worth asking a sales rep. They can sometimes bend the "official" rules. Do you have someone you work with? If not, did you send email to sales@logos.com? A more general email might take longer to get a response from, but a sales rep should get back to you within 48 hours. This has been a busy week due to it being Holy Week and Friday was a holiday, so give them the benefit of the doubt on that. If you have no satisfaction from the general sales@logos.com email address and don't know the email address of a sales rep you've worked with before, try Jim-Ray Higginson (jhigginson at the main logos domain name). He has always been very prompt in replying to me.

I not only got a $30 credit but I finally found a rep who said he would like to be my contact at Logos.

    Thanks to all of you

Thanks for asking about this, Gene, and I'm glad you got things squared away!

As far as the larger picture, our sales reps are always working to get you the best deal possible. At the same time, we're constantly coming up with new ideas for great sales and offers. The particular items we discount, the prices we set, and the timing of the deals are based on a lot of different factors and variables. The good news, as you've discovered, if that we have the 30-day policy others mentioned above.

Is it still true  that the ISBE will be increasing to $150 soon?  Thanks for the info.
