BUG: Scrolling on a clippings file EXTREMELY slow

The scroll bar on clippings is EXTREMELY SLOW  - to the point that I cannot read through the clippings to check for errors in formatting from the original source (Reformation Study Bible which does not indent the first line of the outlines but indents all its peers). Because there is no expand/contract option, scrolling is the only option for navigation of the file. The file is not large. In contains all the outlines of books from the ESV Study Bible and the Lutheran Study Bible plus the outlines through Psalms from the Reformation Study Bible.

    Development is making some improvements to Clippings for Beta 4 which may resolve this performance issue.
