This is what my dowload contained today, updated versions of Bibliotheca Sacra 1-90.
Got the same update to Bibsac; however, my old Bibsac files were not deleted. Should I manually delete these files? If so, will this trigger a new index?

Don't delete them. If they don't go away on their own, you should probably hide them. The index will update, but it will only take a couple of minutes.
