Bugs in EdgeWiki

There's several bugs in the Wiki software that are currently causing problems:

  • Images are being sent by the server with no expiration date in the headers, which means they're not cached.  Given that we can't replace images on the server anyway, they should have a far future date. They should also have a last-modified header.
  • img tags are created without height and width parameters, which makes the page jump around whilst images are being loaded
  • Editing wiki pages generates a server error on save when using Firefox 4.
  • Sometimes pages which use a query which generates a large amount of data cannot be edited without creating a server error (an example at http://topics.logos.com/Biblical_Places - which can be deleted now.
