Ok, in my quest to get my head around Lectionaries I've discovered an oddity regarding how they follow or rather, don't follow one another when Linking is turned on.
I have created a layout for lectionaries. And I'm having fun comparing them.
Since I have three monitors I have them spread out across all three screens, the Sunday only Lectionaries on my left and right "wings" with the dailies in the center.
All of the Sunday only Lectionaries are linked with C while the two dailies are linked with B.

In the chart below I've replicated the order of the Sunday only lectionaries from left to right. Note again that they are all linked via C. And ALL of the lectionaries are on the title page/ with each title page containing a link to "Today's Reading." This is the default view when my lectionary layout loads.
Starting on the left you see that there is an X in a white square. The X in each line indicates which of the lectionaries I clicked the "today's reading" link in. The Green Y means that "yes the other lectionaries followed it and landed on the day's reading. (the date happens to be April 27 - not a Sunday but Sunday's reading is showing.)
The first two "Christian Worship 3 & 1 year" Lecttionaries can make all the others follow. But note that the two Lutheran service books 1&3 year are only followed by the "Book of common prayer Sunday." Of course as expected the BCP Sunday does the same thing in reverse - only the Lutheran books follow it while the rest do not.
What weirdness is there in the tagging that prevents them from following each other identically?
Is this a bug? Or is this a design issue?
- White X = "Today's Reading" clicked
- Green Y = Yes it followed the clicked book.
- Red N = No it didn't follow the clicked book.

Incidentally both of the dailies BCP-daily and Catholic Lectionary Daily obey the follow linking just fine. (Linkset
