In Version River, what do the numbers in Min, Max and Ave for each translation mean? Is there an easy way to select a different base version than to change the priority on the resource library?
Hi Larry

Sorry, don't know this one.
Is there an easy way to select a different base version than to change the priority on the resource library?
You should just be able to type in a new base version in the box showing the Bibles. Insert it as the left-most Bible and that will become the new base

They're the number of differences between the base translation and the translation specified, in percentage terms, for each verse. So what' the smallest/biggest percentage difference in a single verse, and what's the average?
Graphically what matters at each verse line is the thickness of each coloured ribbon (it's position is irrelevant, only its thickness matters). A thick ribbon means a large difference between that and the base text, a thin ribbon means a small difference.
Can I suggest you run the tool set to John 11:28-37? The similarlity of vv 34-36 (esp. v35) should make the visuals self-explanatory.
At the top, next to the passage there should be a space where you can change the Bible versions.
