Have any of you betaites tried out highlighting since upgrading to Beta 3? According to this thread ( http://community.logos.com/forums/t/27200.aspx?PageIndex=3) in the Mac Beta forum, the delay before applying highlighting is supposed to be improved. Anyone notice a difference?
No problem on my Desktop PC. The highlighting is applied almost instantly whilst CPU rises to 3%.
I wish, though, that the "intelligent" placing would stop creating a new pane for Highlighting as a new tab in an existing (narrow) pane with Help and Favorites would be my choice.

I just tested this. I had not previously noticed delays in highlighting EXCEPT for in Calvin's Commentaries. Previously, highlighting in Calvin would stop my system for 30 seconds. Now it is near instantaneous. Very nice improvement.

How does that compare to your experience pre-beta 3?
I'm not a frequent user of highlighting and the experience is the same on my Laptop running 4.2a SR-5.
