Improvement?

I remember using compubible. Wow that was great. Then came Libreria Electronica Caribe EEEhaaa that was amazing. Then came Libronix and I thought you can,t get any higher. After maybe to many years of using it it began failing. Should I buy the new version? Should I give it a try? Will I have to pay all over again for the same library? I know the service has been good, but there are other alternatives. Thank you very much for the years of good service.

Yes. Yes. and No.
Your previous purchases will be transferred into Logos4 automatically, assuming that you install Logos4 with the same user ID you used to purchase your other resources. Before trying Logos4, I suggest opening Libronix and syncing your licenses (through account management).
You can try Logos4 for free here: http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe
But after trying out the free engine, I'd encourage you to consider the cross-grade, since that will give you a fully functioning Logos4 experience. The URL for the crossgrade is here: http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade
If, after trying one or both of the above, you find there is material missing, a call (or email) to Logos support can usually clear it up in a matter of minutes (for a phone call) or a day or two (via email).

Yes. Yes. And No.
Yes, Get the new version. It is amazing. Yes give it a try. If you don't find it to your liking, you can always get a full refund within the first 30 days. (I think you will like it.) And No, you do not have to repurchase your resources. You will retain your present licenses to everything you already have, even if it is pulled from the collections in the future.
Please note: While the Logos 4 search engine is free, there is a small upgrade fee to the Logos 4 upgrade that includes the "Biblical People, Places, and Things" resources. That content is worth many times the upgrade price. Remember, you be the judge. Give it a risk-free try.

Yes and no are for the same reasons Richard and Matthew said.
Because of the hardware requirements for L4, I would first test L4 to see if you are first happy with L4.

I was a Bible rep to bookstores and that was one of the things I sold. 5 1/4" floppies.
Bible software has come a looooooooong way!
Logos is the best I have ever used.
Logos 4 is a whole different approach from the older software, so there is an unlearning/learning curve. You can run both your old Logos software version and L4 on the same computer accessing your Logos titles.
There are many Logos users who will quickly guide you through any questions you may have.
You want to be sure that your computer has enough "power" to run L4. If it is older, it may run rather slowly.
