On some versions (e.g. KJV, BYZ) when using the eachVerse formatting option is seems to indicate verse 1 twice:

Whereas on other versions (e.g. ASV, LEB) it displays fine:
http://api.biblia.com/v1/bible/content/ASV.html?passage=John3&key=fd37d8f28e95d3be8cb4fbc37e15e18e&eachVerse=%20%3Cb%3E[VerseNum]%3C/b%3E%20[VerseText]
http://api.biblia.com/v1/bible/content/LEB.html?passage=John3&key=fd37d8f28e95d3be8cb4fbc37e15e18e&eachVerse=%20%3Cb%3E[VerseNum]%3C/b%3E%20[VerseText]
Is there something I am doing wrong or is there perhaps a workaround to this display issue?
This is a header that shows up in some resources at the beginning thechapter. The resource is tagged in such a way that the start of John 3 isbefore the header, but the marker for John 3:1 is after the header. If you use a verse range instead of the full chapter, it will exclude this header:
