BUG: 4.3 Beta 3 Library pubdate filtering

In library, using pubdate:>1990 finds 0 resources.  Strangely, pubdate:>'1990 finds more than pubdate:>'1990' (both return far less than anticipated) since pudate:>'1990' acts like pubdate:1990

By the way, changing 1990 to 2001 yields bit different result odyssey.

I'm not getting the pubdate library filter to work at all in Mac or Windows. I'll check into this. Thanks. (The epubdate filter works correctly.)
