Can't view some of my L4 resources on IPad. Can you help?

In my L4 'my library' I have a copy of disciple journal from my old L3. From all I have read I should be able to access them on my IPad but they don't appear. Can anyone confirm if I should be able to access them? And if so, what I can do to get them accessible on my IPad?

    Looking at Discipleship Journal Anthology (Issues 1–150) product page noticed lack of iOS icon (only has Mac and Windows icons).  Appears mobile access on iOS devices and http://biblia.com not currently allowed by agreement with publisher.

    Option: use remote desktop software on iPad to control computer (risk is exposing your computer to control via internet).
