Downloaded 1.13GB and updated from 4.2a SR3 to SR5. The indexer seems to be stuck at 99%. Should I force a reindex?
If Diagnostic Logging enabled, suggest looking at Indexer.log file (see if postings being merged).
Seem to remember 99% status being displayed while postings being merged, which can take many minutes.

Thanks. It has just finished. I have never seen this behavior before, where it was stuck so close to the finish line before.
Suspect Library index was rebuilt: 4.2a SR-5 upgrade checked indexes, if needed, then automatically rebuilt.

A similar problem has been reported a couple of times previously, e..g, http://community.logos.com/forums/t/29945.aspx
We've tried to reproduce this (in order to figure out what's happening, and to fix it), but haven't been able to yet. As far as we can tell, the program is indexing the entire time, but just isn't reporting its progress correctly. There should be no problems now that it's finished.
