What do these logs show

I was right-clicking on an image in order to send to powerpoint.

The image is one of a river near Philippi, page 352 in "The New Testament in Antiquity"

Also open were Favorites bar at the far left side plus a PG (acts 16) with a copy of NIV(1984) tabbed (ie not visible)

Behind the map image resource there were about 6 more tabbed resources that had been load from the PG

Powerpoint never did open and the program never again "did" anything.

Photo sat there "selected."

CPU shows some disk activity but unable to say if this relates to Firefox, Thunderbird or Google "Sidebar"

It appears that I will have to reboot machine.

Except for non-responsive Powerpoint (which did not load) these other programs (browser, email) appear to be working fine.

The crash file is from an earlier event. The date is a few days ago.

The Logos 4 log file shows a number of instances of the same error, which I've never seen before. It might take development to tell us what is going on and if these errors have anything to do with it.

Well I guess that shows that it did not see this as a "crash"?

I'll have to leave it to developers to figure out the rest.

But after rebooting I was able to copy that same image. The powerpoint program started as usual with the picture loaded as a new slide (as it usually does).

I can't reproduce this with the same panels open. I found a couple of previous bug reports with the errors Mark noted; however, in both instances the problem reported was not reproducible. Let us know if you see the problem again and submit new logs at that time. Also, you'll want to update to Beta 4, if you haven't already.
