Collection problem

I set up a Collection "Counseling", that includes the book "Biblical Counseling Keys on Death". The book shows in there. In the Collection definition, I have "Show in Parallel Resources" checked. Yet when I bring this resource up, there is no parallel resource icon to move to other parallel resources. The plus key to create a new tab does show icons of other resources, but no list of resources.
Shouldn't I see the Parallel resources capability here?

Dominick, I don't have the Biblical Counseling Keys on Death but let me ask a question, is it indexed by headword? If not then it won't show up in Parallel resource sets.
