Problems with Logos 4 - First Indexing and then Sync problems and now nothing works.

In three days it would be a month since I first reported the problems I experience and Mike Bryant started with support.
At first the indexer stop working and Windows tried to solve the problem. this didnt bother me to much but then the Sync stop working. I considered this as not nice as i bought new addtions to my library and wanted them on my system.
However I could not get it going and requested support. Mails were send from me to Logos etc and then I was requested to do a reinstall. I first struggle with the uninstall process but after some time this was accomplished. I am a bit sorry for this because upto that point Logos was working with the stuff in my lirary.
I obtained the latest DVD and started to reinstall but disaster struck again. There was but no way for me to get the software installed. Mails were send again and then the replies stopped and I was left on my own. I got Datacentrix - a local computer support company to help me and they were able to get the software installed.
But that was not the end. Stil no software to use. Thus from the 8th of April I am basically without the software.
Please help? As I am really struggling to rejoyce according to Phil 4:4 and if this burden is taken away from me I think it would be easier. If someone can help me I will appreciate it.
I include the sequence of mails that was send as well as the log files, one of the 8th of April and the other from the last couple of days.

Can you provide some more information:-
- operating system (Vista or Windows 7)
- did you delete the C:\Users\6234935\AppData\Local\Logos4 folder when you reinstalled ie. you lost your original resources?
- did you remove Logos 4 Prerequisites from Control Panel when you reinstalled?
- is C:\Users\6234935 an Administrator account or a Standard User account?
- Is it on a company computer and network?
- have you installed all Windows updates?
- are you comfortable to enable permanent logging?

The Indexer crash is a bug that has already been fixed in Logos 4.2a; we recommend that you update to the latest version.
Sync isn't working because you're working offline (so the program has not Internet access). The logs indicate some sort of proxy authentication error; by default, the system settings from Internet Explorer are used (so if you can access the Internet via IE, you should be good to go), but you can expand the Proxy Options section in the Sign In dialog and manually enter your proxy address, username, and password to see if that improves the situation.
