Indexing Problem

I run Logos 4 on a MacBook - both Mac and Windows (using Parallels) versions. Have just downloaded Interpretation Commentaries and Themelios. The Mac version has indexed OK but the Windows Version did not index (which I have verfified by fact that Windows version unlike Mac does not espond to searches on these resources). I've not had problems of this nature before. Any suggestions as to how to resolve?

Do you have any logs to indicate a problem?

Can you read the resources in the Windows version? If so then i would attempt

Hide these resources, Restart Logos, Unhide and let them re-download and reindex. OR
Issue the Command Rebuild Index. It'll redo everything but it should get everything.

If neither of these steps work a call to tech support might be in order.
