No online resources

In my Logos iPad app no online resources are available. Nothing appears under library. I can only access recent books that are saved for offline use. My reading plans don't appear. Passage guides, Bible Word Studies, Text comparison, etc doesn't load. Searches return "There was an error processing your request". This occurs on both my iPads, so I'm assuming there is a Logos server problem. Anybody else experiencing this behavior?
