Following the instructions of a previous post, I deleted this file:
Users/badmin/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/3pci8z4r.0lc/DownloadManager/DownloadManager.db
Then, I reinstalled the latest stable version of Logos 4 and rebooted.
STILL NOT WORKING.
