How to make a suggestion to Logos

I'm looking about this forum but cannot find how to do this - make a suggestion to Logos. I'm thinking it would be a *lot* nicer if on a popup, we could actually move the mouse over that popup, also hover over verses in that popup - instead, we can't. As you know, as soon as we begin to move the mouse over that particular popup, it disappears. This is something that Online Bible mastered years back.
Surely this would have been mentioned to the Logos techs - but how does one go about doing that?

Hi Bootjack,
i know this is not exactly what you want, but below is a work-around that i use.
1. If you click on the footnote (instead of just hovering), Logos 4 will lock the pop-up box so that you are free to move your mouse over individual references without the pop-up box going away.
2. Then when you hover your mouse over a reference another pop-up will appear showing the verse. (i am guessing it is here that you would like to move your mouse over the text). But if you have another copy of your Bible & have it set to receive hyperlinks (see step below), then you could click on the reference verse in the original pop-up window and that Bible would navigate to your verse where you could examine it in more detail with your mouse.
3. The Target symbol shows when you have a Bible set to receive hyperlinks.
Click on the icon to open the menu and in the menu click on Send hyperlinks here to check it.
Then when you click on a reference hyperlink in the other Bible it will open this Bible to your reference thus leaving your primary Bible fixed where you were reading.0 -
Steve, thanks for this my good man. Much appreciated. Since I've got you here, do I remember it being said that within Logos, there is a place where one (or even two or more) can send suggestions to Logos, or have I totally flipped off the rails??? Or is that somewhere on the Logos site that one can send suggestions?

There are a few methods as shown below:
You can add your suggestion via User's Voice (this is probably the most powerful since others will vote and Logos can see how many are interested in your suggestion)
You can add your suggestion to the Forum Suggestions (This forum contains suggestions for many things, Logos said that they check this forum from time to time). As you have done via this post.
You can email Logos at this email address: suggest@logos.com

The only thing that's built into the software that lets you send suggestions to Logos is the Report Typo command. If you find a typo in a Logos resource, right click on the word (or select the phrase if it's more than one word and then right click on it), and choose Report Typo on the left side of the popup menu. Type in the suggested fix and click Submit. If it's a pervasive problem you can use the comments field to note that rather than reporting every single instance of the typo in a resource.
EDIT: If the typo is in something unselectable such as the info panel for a resource, then you've got to email it in (logos4feedback.com would be the email address to use for this, not suggest).
