I can see that many people have had a look at your post but none have considered it worth replying.
So I will have a go.
In order to help we will need a bit more detail.
I suggest that you do not reply to this message but start a new thread in one of the platform specific forums
ie Logos 4 for the Window Operating System, Logos 4 Mac for OS X 10 operating system, iphone for that platform.
When you select the appropriate forum it would be worth attaching a 'log file' gathered after a crash and before restarting Logos. See the wiki for instructions on how to do this.
Also a description - as comprehensive as possible - about how your system began to fail would be useful for the volunteers here understand your problem.
I had meant for this to go into the Logos 4 forum. I guess I'm just a creature of habit.
If you post there with the extra information I suggest I am sure one of the poor souls stuck with the Windows operating system will be able to help you. They are so used to their machines crashing they will be very empathetic.
