Reading Plan Duplication

I don't know if this is this is the right forum to post in or not...

I am using Logos 4.2a SR-5 for Mac and I have a duplication issue with my reading plan. I am also using the Logos iPhone & iPad apps. Today I was doing my devotional reading (M'Cheyne Reading Plan) on my iPod Touch. I checked the "mark as read" button at the end of my readings. I noticed later on my MacBook Pro that the reading was not marked as completed, so I checked the box. Later this afternoon, when I restarted Logos, I had two reading plans showing.

Can I just delete one? Will it screw something up?

Currently syncing reading plan between iOS devices and Logos 4 on computers can take a long time (minutes to hours).  Hence, MacBook Pro update was done before sync arrived from iPod Touch so Logos 4 Mac created a duplicate reading plan, which should eventually show up on iPod Touch too.

Can I just delete one? Will it screw something up?

Yes, deleting one reading plan on one device is a good idea, then wait for sync to propagate (may be hours later).
