Home Page Content Not Loading

I have had no problems until this AM. On startup, I am getting standard home page content without the other information from Logos: blog, community pricing, news, etc. I have searched the forums and have tried:

Making sure the tick boxes are checked in the Customize section (lower left corner)

Refreshing using both F5 and Shift-F5

Shutting down and restarting with shift key to make sure I am logged in

Deleting the home page file contents in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\randum\HomePage

Reset defaults in Tools/Program Settings to make sure the Internet option was “on”

I have uploaded the log from this latest session. Any ideas on how to get this content to show up? Thx so much in advanceI Smile

The log does not show any items being generated, yet their options appear to be enabled. Try this:

reboot the computer
delete contents of C:\Users\Bruce\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\cbeykvea.dyh\HomePage
start L4 normally

Thanks for the suggestions; however, that did not solve the problem.

Now I am not sure what the solution was, b/c the information is now on the Home Page! After deleting the HomePage file contents and rebooting per your suggestion, the Home Page Logos information would still not load (all the other information was there). I gave up and had lunch. When I returned and started Logos again (for the umpteenth time), the other information was there. Guess it is just one of those days! [:S]

Guess it is just one of those days!

Perhaps related to Logos' servers although the log did not show any errors. I was able to generate a Home Page when I responded above.
