"an error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again later."

When I opened up Logos 4 for Mac I get 2 boxes that come up. One that says "updates for Logos Software 4 are readyto be installed. Click ok to install them now." - and another box that says "waiting for indexer" and has a gray candy cane looking progress bar in it.

If I click ok on the update box, I get the error message I posted above....I've tried several times and keep getting this message..

Any help? Thoughts?

One more thing..when I click that "ok" button - I get another pop up box that says "Extracting update" and then get the update error box...

the only way techs can help is if you attach your logs. see my signature for a link to instructions.

I'd love to see logs, but a workaround for this issue is to manually download the latest version (see the FAQ linked in my signature for how to get the latest version).
