No it hasn't. The release of the new NIV (2011) version may have scrambled Logos' priorities on this as they need to produce both NT and OT RI for that edition. I believe I recall that they still plan to release a RI for the NIV84, but can't find the thread in which that was stated.

If you have a large enough package, have owned it long enough, and then upgrade it from KF to LE, ---- then perhaps you have a FREE NIV 2011 coming!
What package do you own? When you ask about the NIV interlinear, it is apparent that you have the 1984 version. Did you buy it individually? If, so, and it is NOT part of a package, then it's doubtful that you do.
