hard drive problems now can't open Logos 4

After chdisk repairs of what sounded like my hard drive struggling to find files I am now up and running - but had to repair one or two programms - including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome. I now cannot access Logos 4 - the opening logo comes up then a message saying Logos Bible Software 4 has stopped working" "Windows is checking for a solution to the problem" I am running Windows 7 and have enclosed the crash report. Any help greatly appreciated

There's no data in the log file.

You can reinstall Logos 4 directly from the Internet. Here is the link:

If you haven't done so, uninstall Logos 4 using the Control Panel. Also uninstall Logos 4 Prerequisites the same way. Then reboot and try to install again.

I have tried all this - I still get the same error and although I have logging enabled nothing is registered - it seems as if the opening process is terminated before logging begins

Sorry, I've been out so couldn't respond. One of the others may have a suggestion or have seen this problem. If not you'll need Tech Support's help on Monday. I might schedule or run another check disc just in case something else has gone wrong at any rate. Sorry I don't have any better ideas.

Wonder if trying to install Logos 4 as administrator (not supported) or different user ?

The other possibility is a .NET issue. See this Troubleshooting article for details.
