Signing In....FOREVER?!

I am one of the many experiencing problems with Logos. Last weekend, I tried deleting all of the programs and reinstalling as was suggested in a previous post. When I downloaded the "current stable" version from(http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/LBS4MacInstaller/Logos4Mac.dmg), I now get the eternal "Signing In" wheel.
Can someone please help me? I am going into week 2 without my much needed program.

Observation: "Logos Bible Software 4" is one application; not know what "deleting all of the programs" means. Also curious about Logos problem description(s).
To diagnose "Signing In", please post logs OR wait until Monday to contact Logos Technical Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact
Wiki page Mac Troubleshooting has How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac section with log posting steps. Also includes link to Logos Log Scribe
Likewise wiki page Mac Troubleshooting has Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac section that includes all Logos 4 Mac files and folders to delete (note: complete uninstall can take hours to download resources and index them).

Wonder if want Logos 4 Mac Beta or Stable updates ?
Indexer.log file has 4.3 Beta 4, version 4.30.0.0442
Logos4.log file has 4.2a SR-5, version 4.21.5.0959
Sign in crash is happening because current Stable 4.2a SR-5, version 4.21.5.0959 cannot use newer 4.3 Beta 4, version 4.30.0.0442 database files.
Wiki page Mac Troubleshooting has Want to downgrade from Beta to Stable section that includes: "Beta bugginess is not for everyone (fixing some bugs spans several Beta releases). However, downgrading in middle of a Beta development cycle is difficult. Potential Risk: some documents may not sync to a Stable release eg. a new feature or format. If want to downgrade from Beta to Stable version, need to Completely Uninstall Beta using Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac (do have option to avoid re-download of your Logos 4 resource files)."
If want Beta updates, can skip step 3 in Uninstalling and Reinstalling in Logos 4 Mac section. If (when) encounter Beta bugginess, please post in Mac Beta forum.

Thank you.
Do I need to delete the stable version? Or just download the latest beta version and reinstall it?

Should be able to download Current Beta release
Dragging "Logos Bible Software 4" from downloaded disk image to Applications folder should replace (delete) stable version.
