Is there a way to tie a layout to my Bible reading? I'd like to click on the Bible reading of the day and my layout that I have set up for that open automatically.
Workaround: create a Bible reading layout. After done reading for the day, update layout, Next day, open Bible reading layout (could create shortcut to open layout).
After clicking "Mark Read" for last reading of the day, need to update layout.

Is there a better option for this now? It would be very helpful to have the daily readings open in a specific layout.

Not yet; Logos User Voice suggestion => Save/update Layout without needing to remember its name / Name of layout in title bar has 504 votes (# 6 on Top ideas page).
Also => Provide option to have Logos open to a disignated layout has 49 votes; would be helpful to open Logos 4 to a reading plan layout with updates for Today.
