Sugg: Add "toggle" as an accepted parameter for all the "set ... to {yes|no}" commands

There are lots of commands in Logos that follow the pattern: "set Foo Bar to yes" or "set Foo Bar to no"
It would be great if there were an option to "set Foo Bar to toggle" (or perhaps even better syntax: toggle Foo Bar)
For example, toggle Copy Citations
This would set it to No if it had currently been set to Yes, or Yes if it had currently been set to No.
The reason this would be useful is you could then drag that command onto the shortcut bar and have a single button to toggle the setting on/off. Very handy for things like citations when you might want them to be included if you're copying from a book, but not to be included if you're copying from a Bible, for example. Or toggling Use Internet on/off.

The only problem with that is that you would need to know its current state. "Set Foo Bar to no / yes" has the advantage that if it's already set to "no" then "set Foo Bar to no" wouldn't change the state.
