Reading with IPad
I did go to my local Best Buy and play with an IPad this morning and someone had mentioned you need a better grip for a reading tool. What covers have you found that meet this need. I am getting ready to take one on. The real sale has been the number of comments in the forum that you read more with this tool, and I like that.

I bought a plain cover from the Apple Store when I bought My IPad back in August 2010. It works fine for me.

I bought the Duragadget rotating faux leather case from Amazon. The main thing I was concerned about was to protect the screen if I dropped my iPad; this holds it snuggly around the edges. It makes it reasonably comfortable to hold, although the iPad is much heavier than the Kindle I was using previously. It also has a magnet in it which, like like Apple's own thin cover, switches the iPad on and off when you open or close the cover. I'm a satisfied customer.

I use the smart cover with the ipad2 and I fold it into a triangle tube on the left hand side and that works pretty well as a comfortable grip while I am reading (portrait orientation).

I also have the iPad 2 with the smart cover. I fold the entire cover over so that it is lying flat covering the back. This gives me a good grip when I hold it for reading.

I purchased and Incase coverer for mine. When you fold it open to stand up the ipad it has 3 lines inside the cover to stand the iPad at different angles. Well it looked great in the store but you have to use the furthest one back that stands the iPad the most upright. Even when sitting on a desk or table if I use any of the other lines inside the case to try and stand the iPad at an angle it just slides down flat. It does have a hard cover so it protects the iPad very well it just doesn't work well for setting the ipad at an angle for viewing or working. It's not necessarily a bad cover but I doubt if I would purchase it again.
