Quick key for turning pages in monograph?

I am relatively new to LOGOS [4 months] and have been to Camp 1 with Morris.  However, turning pages in a 2-column set up of a resource is cumbersome (getting the the arrow in the lower right corner) and scrolling seems to jump ahead too much.  Hence, is there a quick key that will bring up the next "page" or frame as I am reading and highlighting?
