You need to "prioritise" then in your library.

You prioritize the Bibles you want to appear first in Library view. Open Library and you'll see a Prioritize option. Click on it. Scroll to the Bible you want at the top of the list and right click and select 'Prioritize this resource'. Once you have some prioritized you can drag them on that prioritized list to reorder them.
Do the same with favorite commentaries, dictionaries, lexicons, etc.
