I have attempted several times to download the new recourse: "Morris Jastrow Collection" and it keeps giving me a message: "L4 Indexer has encountered a problem and needs to close". Any suggestions???
There should be a log file available in this case, which helps the "gurus" to identify your problem. You know how to upload those to the forum?

enable logging, start the download and then upload the logs as described inthe above wiki article.
I found an Logos error log using search.... Can I just paste it to the forum???

This error indicates that the "Background Intelligent Transfer Service" (a downloading component created by Microsoft) cannot be started.
To repair this, open Control Panel, then Administrative Tools. Double-click the Services icon to open the list of services.
In the list, find Background Intelligent Transfer Service and double-click it. On the General tab, make sure the Startup type is Automatic, then click Apply. If the Service status isn't Started, click the Start button.
On the Log On tab, make sure the service is enabled in all hardware profiles.
