Anybody use the Welwyn Commentary?

Does anybody have experience with the print version of Welwyn Commentary? I see it is close to shipping and I was curious about it. I have never heard of it or even seen it in the bookstores and was wondering if it would be a wise use of my limited resource dollars.

Any feed back would be appreciated.
