How do I sign in to Logos.com

Hi guys,

 

I have a working account at Logos. I downloaded Logos4 and completed the install. When I try to sign in with my email and password (from my account) I only receive an error: Unable to connect to Logos.com. My firewall is not the problem.

When I try to register as a new user, using the internet, my current account is opened. Any ideas?

I'm a bit puzzled here as well John, but let's double check the obvious first...

1. correct email address?
2. correct password
3. correct capitalization/lowercase in both boxes?

If you're getting an unable to connect, is it possible that your antivirus or something is blocking you?  I know you said it's not your firewall, but some folks have multiple layers of firewall and don't realize it; such as one hardware firewall at the router and a software firewall at windows OS and a third software firewall on their antivirus package... so just double checking the obvious here.
