I'm not
able to find my purchase in my logos 4 program even though it has been
downloaded and indexed. This is strange because i can view the resource in my
iphone but not in my mac. I emailed customer support and was told the following:
1) Which
version of Logos 4 do you have installed? Click the Help button in the
top right and select About Logos Bible Software. If you do not have 4.2b
installed, you will need to update. Please let me know if you need
assistance in updating.

2) We can
check your program settings. Tools > Program Settings. Under the
General section, both the top and bottom lines, Automatically Download Updates,
and Use Internet need to be set to yes. If you had to change either of
these, please close your Logos 4 and reopen to see if the missing resources
will download.

3) You
can type Update Resources in the command box and click enter. If you have
the notification in the bottom right corner that there are updates, please
follow the prompts to download.

doing all these, I am not able to find my book in my logos 4 app. I've
purchased several resources online previously already but this is the first
time I have this problem. I have
tried to call customer support as adviced at
(800) 875-6467, but all i get is voicemail and another instruction to send
another email.
I'm
feeling very frustrated here. Can anyone please advise what I can do?
