Hi everyone,
I'm not able to find my purchase in my logos 4 program even though
it has been downloaded and indexed. This is strange because i can view the
resource in my iphone but not in my mac. I emailed customer support and was
advised and checked the following
1) I have the latest version 4.2b installed. it was installed in the same day i bought the resource, probably downloaded at the same time.
2) 'Use Internet' is already set to yes. I have closed Logos 4 and reopen to
see if the missing resources will download time and again.
3) I have typed Update Resources in the command box and click
enter, and there are No new updates.
Despite doing all these, I am not able to find my book in my logos
4 app. I've purchased several resources online previously already but this is
the first time I have this problem. I have tried to call customer support as
adviced at (800) 875-6467,but all i get is voicemail and another instruction to
send another email.
I'm feeling very frustrated here. Can any kind soul please advise
what to do?
