Bug: Library catalog database can't cope with case changes

At some point the Logos Resource ID for LLS:GS_JBMW_10 has been changed to LLS:gs_jbmw_10. This means that there are two entries for this resource in catalog.db. As newer Galaxie files seem to have their ResourceId in upper case, it might be wise to fix the problem now, before it causes difficulty later.

This has caused difficulties for some time and is supposedly fixed according to http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_Various_issues_with_downloading_of_Galaxie_files

As far as I know, the official resource ID for this file is "LLS:gs_jbmw_10" (and this is the ID of the file available on our server).

It may have been published in the past with an incorrect, uppercase ID; unfortunately, there's not much we can do about that now (except replace the incorrect file with the correct one on a case-by-case basis).
