Reading Plan on IPHONE

My reading plan disappered off my IPHONE and I keep getting about 5 plans starting in genesis on my IPHONE. I have checked my windows plan and it is correct, but why is it not syncing correctly to my IPHONE? If am having to keep track of my reading plan on paper instead of my IPHONE, which is frustrating. What has changed? I've had it for the past 5 months with no problems. the only difference is I migrated from an IPOD to the IPHONE, but this shouldn't make a difference, should it?
