Visualizations, Examples Uses, Grammatical Relationships and Preposition Use not working.

Hi there,
I have "Biblioteca Platino Bilingüe" which is the top of the line library from the spanish libraries. The first thing I noticed using the program was that with the Exegetical Guide and the Bible Word Study I didn't get hits for; [Example Uses], [Grammatical Relationships] and [Preposition Use] withing Bible Word Study and [Visualizations] withing the Exegetical Guide. All that for the study of new testament passages (greek).
Certain sections like [Visualizations], do work with hebrew words from the old testament. I contacted technical support and they told me that the cause of the problem was due to the lack of modules in the library. They transfer me to sales and the last information that I got was that for those options to work I have to get the Scholar's pack for what I have to spent $300 more . My current library already have a lot books that I haven't yet even start to read and the Scholar's include many others that I'm not interested. Instead, I will like to know what specific modules I need for all the sections of the Exegetical Guide and the Bible Word Study to work specifically for the greek when studying the new testament. For example what module I need for [Visualizations] from the [EXEGETICAL GUIDE] to work with new testament passages (again it is working with old testament passages). Can anybody that have those options working properly tell me what modules you are using?

I am not familiar with Biblioteca Platino Bilingüe but - from http://www.logos.com/product/8960/biblioteca-platino-bilingue - it is similar in size to the Scholar's Library (with roughly the same number of resources). What I don't know is how Logos considers it in terms of the underlying base technology.

However, looking at some of your specific questions:

From http://www.logos.com/comparison (Features and Databases section near the bottom), to get the features you are looking for, you need a minimum of Original Languages

This is more difficult to understand. The comparison charts don't show specific variants for Visualizations. Again, you need at least Original Languages for things such as Grammars and "Word by Word" in the Exegetical Guide. The fact that it is working in the Old Testament and not in the New suggests a resource issue - for example you may have AFAT for Hebrew but nothing equivalent in Greek.

Thanks Dave and Graham,

What Mr. Rach said over the spanish forum was that the options are working for him because he have "Platino" plus "Leaders" again two libraries. I'm looking for specific modules. After his response I got no more feedback from other users so I came over the "english" forums to see if I can get an answer.

Mr. Rach hasn't buy the other two book he mentions either so I'm not sure if those are the ones needed for the Exegetical Guide and the Bible Word Study to work. The title of those books are Strong's Dictionary for New and Old Testament Original Words and New Strong's Concordance. Graham also mentions that I need Original Languages, Are those the ones I need to purchase for the sections to work?

Let me show with pictures what I'm talking about:

Here you can see the Exegetical Guide for old testament (top) and new testament (bottom) notice that for the new testament [VISUALIZATIONS] is not working:

For Bible Word Study on the top everything working for hebrew words and at the bottom you can see [example uses], [grammatical relationships] and [preposition use] are dimmed.

I already talk with tech support and it is clear that I need specific modules. So please advice on which ones to  buy.

Modules (Features and Databases) only come with upgrades to another library in L4, whereas you could purchase Addins to get additional features in L3. You might be able to purchase an Addin (typically $20) and be credited with its features in L4  BUT you would have to confirm with Customer Services / Sales whether any addin will provide the required features in L4. Additional resources might also be needed.
