"Stoppped working" error

I got the following error message after installing Logos 4 on my new computer. It's running Windows 7 64-bit.

Finally got Logos 4 to work. Here's what to do. Go to Computers, and Properties. Look under the heading Windows Edition. Check to see what Windows Service Pack you have installed. Next thing to do is go to Windows Update. I updated my Windows 7 - 64 bit to Windows 7 - 64 bit Service Pack 1. Also, I made sure that all other programs were updated while logged on to Windows Update. Rebooted my HP Pavilion DV5 computer. I was able to sign in to Logos 4 without any problems. Hope this information is helpful to others.

Rebooted my HP Pavilion DV5 computer.

I think that was all it needed ie. I'm not on W7 SP1 and the component that affects Logos is .NET 3.5 (so that should be kept up-to-date).
