Logos 3 will not reinstall

My pastor's Logos 3 crashed and he uninstalled with the Win uninstaller. Not the Logos 3 will not reinstall. Does Logos have a registery cleaner uninstall that he can use so the Logos 3 will install? I assume that he cannot reinstall from the Logos WEB site since it is the old version. Right?

Larry, try using the latest build for Libronix before playing with the registry etc. - you can find it here.

Wrong. L3 can still be downloaded and installed. http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls
